Kaufman Center for Family Law of the Women's Law Center of Maryland.
What's New:
Washington has new child support guidelines that became effective on Oct 1, 2009. Support 2010 for Washington incorporates these changes and is now available. The Washington version is no longer free. The cost of Support 2010 for Washington is $100.
The Federal tax estimate generated by Support 2010 now includes several changes made by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) signed by President Obama on February 17, 2009. This includes not only the new Making Work Credit but also the changes made by the ARRA to the Additional Child Tax Credit and to the Earned Income Credit.
Support 2010 for Michigan includes changes to the Uniform Child Support Order Form effective 1/1/2010 and improvements to the Parenting Time Calculator.
